Still a classic...only better. This new version of our Microplane® Medium Ribbon Grater features a premium soft-touch handle and non-scratch end tabs. It grates ingredients in both directions, saving time and effort. It is one of the coarsest of our blade styles. Use on chocolate, soft cheese, and carrots. Remove particles stuck in the blade from the back side whenever possible. To remove "stuck on food" from the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush and stroke in the same direction as the teeth.?Store with blade covered when not in use.
